| 5 | The Howelsen Hill jumps open up to the public every Tuesday night from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM from the K18 (about a 6 inch jump) to the K90 (70 meter jump). Come out and bring the kids. Bass-baritone Ashraf Sewailam hails from Cairo, Egypt and is currently a doctoral candidate, as well as winner for two years running of the Spencer Voice Fellowship at the University of Colorado at Boulder. As a part of this Fellowship he performed the role of Sarastro in The Magic Flute. He made his Opera Colorado debut in the 2004/2005 season singing Leporello in Don Giovanni, and has sung in last season's main stage productions of La Traviata, La Bohème and Il Barbiere di Siviglia.

| Mid-June - Mid-August: Watch the old west come alive! The Steamboat Springs Pro Rodeo Series features the best cowboys in Colorado and Wyoming on the “baddest” bulls and horses. Kids events too. The rodeo series starts on June 22nd and is every Friday and Saturday night until August 18th. All rodeos start at 7:30 p.m. except the 4th of July rodeo which starts at 7:00 p.m. Enjoy a BBQ and entertainment beginning each night at 6pm. - Steamboat has been called an incubator for Olympians, and this tour will explore the beginnings of Steamboat's skiing and Olympic tradition while keeping an eye on Steamboat's modern role in the Olympic community
- Meet at the Tread of Pioneers Museum and meander through downtown to the base of Howelsen Hill
- The guide will introduce the multiple talents of Carl Howelsen; look at the history of the SSWSC, Winter Carnival, ski jumping; and talk about the importance of Howelsen Hill to the community through the years

| Mineral Springs Walking Tour run during the summer. - This tour will visit several of Steamboat's most important springs, include the Steamboat Spring, after which the town was named.
- Participants will learn about the medicinal qualities and importance of the springs from the Native Americans and early settlers to residents and visitors today
- The guide will also explain how geologic forces created the mineral springs and how the springs exist naturally in our environment
- List of mineral springs the tour talks about are Iron, Soda, Sulphur, Sweetwater/Lake, Steamboat, Black Sulphur/Narcissus/Terrace, Lithia and Sulphur Cave (the tour doesn't cover the hot springs, but the guide will direct people to the Health and Rec./bath spring and Strawberry Park)

| Historic Walking Tour of Steamboat Springs run during the summertime. - The focus of this tour is on the historic buildings and early settlers of Steamboat Springs
- This tour will teach people about characters and influential pioneers such as Carl Howelsen, Margaret Crawford, and Doc Willett
- The tour will walk past many historic buildings on Lincoln Avenue including the Old Town Pub, the Pilot Building, and the Pioneer building and paint a picture about the unique history and importance of these buildings. The tour guide will show some historical photographs of these buildings.
